Welcome to the website of Veera Group of Hotels (Veera Residency and Veeras Inn). By accessing this site or booking accommodations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Guest Policies. Please review them carefully.
1. Reservation and Booking Policies
Guests can book rooms online through our booking engines or via WhatsApp. Key policies include:
- Rooms are reserved only upon payment confirmation (either full payment or booking advance as agreed).
- All booking tariffs displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Seasonal surge pricing applies during major temple festivals.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room and check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience for all travelers, our check-in/out policies are strictly enforced:
- Standard Check-In: 12:00 PM (noon) onwards.
- Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
- Government-Approved Photo ID: All adult guests must present a valid Government-issued ID card (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer flexible cancellation conditions for pilgrims and business travelers:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the tariff of the first night of the booking.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original source payment method within 7-10 working days. No-shows are charged in full.
4. Guest Rules and Code of Conduct
For the comfort, peace, and spiritual environment of our properties:
- No Smoking / No Alcohol: Smoking, tobacco use, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all rooms, hallways, and common areas of our properties.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
- Visitors Policy: Non-resident visitors are allowed in the lobby area but are not permitted in guest rooms overnight without registering at the front reception counter.
- Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to the room furniture, linens, electrical appliances, or hotel structure during their stay. Charges will be assessed and collected at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veera Group of Hotels is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings (cash, jewellery, laptops) left in rooms or vehicles parked in our complimentary parking areas. Secure lockbox facilities are available upon request at the reception desk.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of bookings or stay policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu.
